Hi Hi AiPay Service Agreement
Dear User,
Thank you for choosing Hi Hi AiPay services. This Hi Hi AiPay Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or the "User") and HELLO HI DID YAZILIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "we"). This Agreement is legally binding between you and the Company. The Company hereby specifically reminds you to carefully read this Agreement and the relevant agreements mentioned hereafter, especially the "Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability" clauses stipulated in this Agreement, which are presented in bold, before using Hi Hi AiPay (hereinafter referred to as "Hi Hi AiPay" or the "Software," which can be downloaded from various mobile application platforms, including but not limited to Google Play, Chrome Web Store, and Apple App Store). Please ensure you fully understand all terms herein and independently assess the risks.
1. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of this Agreement
You understand that this Agreement and related agreements apply to Hi Hi AiPay and the decentralized applications ("DApps") independently developed and owned by the Company on Hi Hi AiPay (excluding DApps developed by third parties).
Downloading the Hi Hi AiPay software and creating or importing a wallet signifies that you have fully read and accepted all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement takes effect immediately and is binding on both parties.
The Company may update this Agreement at any time. The revised agreement will take effect automatically once published on Hi Hi AiPay, without further notice. If you do not accept the revised terms after the Company publishes them, please stop using Hi Hi AiPay immediately. Your continued use of Hi Hi AiPay will be deemed acceptance of the revised agreement.
If you are under 18 years old, or are a person without or with limited capacity for civil conduct, please use Hi Hi AiPay under the guidance of your parents or guardian.
2. Definitions
1. Hi Hi AiPay: Refers to the blockchain wallet developed by the Company based on blockchain systems such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, TRON, Solana, Ton, Aptos, SUI, EOS, COSMOS (and other blockchain systems to be supported in the future), including other auxiliary tools developed to facilitate user interaction with blockchain systems.
User: To qualify for using Hi Hi AiPay, you must simultaneously meet the following conditions:
A. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally qualified to enter into these terms.
B. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction sanctioned under any trade embargo, United Nations Security Council Resolution ("UNSCR"), or the UK Treasury's financial sanctions regime.
C. You must not currently be subject to economic sanctions, such as those listed on the UN Security Council Sanctions List, OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals List, the US Department of Commerce's Denied Persons or Entity List, or any other list maintained by a relevant sanctions authority.
D. If you are using our services on behalf of a legal entity, you further represent and warrant that: the entity is duly organized and validly existing under the laws of its jurisdiction of organization; and you are formally authorized to act on its behalf.
E. You may only use our services if permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction. For the avoidance of doubt, you must not use our services if you are located in a state, country, region, or other jurisdiction where such use would be illegal or violate any applicable law.
F. Ensure these terms comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you.
G. You agree to use only legally obtained funds that belong to you when using our services.
By using Hi Hi AiPay, you declare and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these terms. However, we may still refuse access or use of Hi Hi AiPay to certain users and reserve the right to change our eligibility criteria at any time.
Usage Related:
A. Create or Import Wallet: The process where you use Hi Hi AiPay, confirm acceptance of this Agreement, and create or import a wallet.
B. Wallet Password: The password you are prompted to set during the Hi Hi AiPay wallet creation process, used to encrypt and protect the private key. As a decentralized application, the wallet password is not stored on your mobile device or the Company's servers. If lost, you must reset it using the plaintext private key or mnemonic phrase.
C. Specific User: Users who, according to relevant laws, regulations, and policies, must cooperate with the Company in fulfilling personal information disclosure obligations.
D. Private Key: Consists of 256 random characters and is core to the user's ownership and use of Digital Tokens.
E. Public Key: Derived from the private key using cryptographic principles unidirectionally and used to generate the blockchain digital wallet address, which is the public receiving address.
F. Mnemonic Phrase: Complies with the blockchain BIP39 industry standard, consisting of 12 (or 15/18/21/24) ordered words generated by a random algorithm. It is a human-readable representation of the private key for easy user backup and safekeeping.
G. Keystore: A file format where the private key or mnemonic phrase is encrypted and saved using the user-set wallet password. It is stored only on your current mobile device and is not synchronized to the Company's servers.
H. Digital Tokens: Refers to the types of digital tokens currently supported by Hi Hi AiPay, including but not limited to BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, etc.
I.Materials: Refers to content materials such as "News" on Hi Hi AiPay. These materials are owned by the Company and may not be reproduced without authorization.
J. Third-Party Services: Refers to products and services provided by third parties, including third-party DApps, DeFi, smart contracts, open-source protocols, web pages, hardware wallets, online web wallets, exchanges, etc.
3. Service Content
Create or Import Wallet: For supported Digital Tokens, you can use Hi Hi AiPay to generate a new wallet or import a compatible wallet generated by other wallet tools from relevant blockchain systems.
Transfer and Receive: You can use Hi Hi AiPay's transfer and receive functions to manage Digital Tokens, i.e., use the private key for electronic signatures to modify the ledger of the relevant blockchain. Transfer refers to the payer using the payee's blockchain address to initiate a transfer operation. The actual transfer and receipt occur on the relevant blockchain system (not on Hi Hi AiPay).
View Market Prices: You can use Hi Hi AiPay to view the provided Digital Token exchange rate prices. Hi Hi AiPay captures the corresponding Digital Token exchange rate information and displays it in the "Market" section.
Manage Digital Assets: You can use Hi Hi AiPay to add, store, and remove Digital Tokens supported by Hi Hi AiPay.
Browse DApps: Users can follow links within Hi Hi AiPay to jump to DApps and use the services provided by those DApps (including the Company's own DApps and third-party DApps).
Transaction Records: We will copy all or part of your transaction records through the blockchain system. However, transaction records are subject to the records on the blockchain system.
Service Suspension: You acknowledge that based on the "irrevocable" nature of blockchain system transactions, we cannot pause or reverse transfer transactions for you. However, under certain circumstances, we may suspend or restrict a user's operation of the Hi Hi AiPay software.
Token Swap: Users can interact with third-party smart contracts or third-party DEXs to swap Digital Tokens. Hi Hi AiPay acts as an interface tool to facilitate user interaction with third parties and display the corresponding results of the Digital Token swap.
Third-Party Content and Services: Certain services may be accessed via approved third-party providers. This may require you to create accounts with us and the relevant third-party provider respectively. When providing certain services, you may view, access, and use the information content, products, or services of one or more third parties (referred to as "Third-Party Content" and "Third-Party Services" respectively). In each such case, you agree to choose to view, access, or use such content and services at your own discretion. Your reliance on any Third-Party Content and use of Third-Party Services related to the Service is governed by this Agreement on one hand, but will typically also be subject to separate terms and conditions prescribed by the applicable third-party and/or service provider content. These terms and conditions may involve separate fees and charges, or may include disclaimers or risk warnings regarding the reliance or accuracy of any information. Such terms may also apply privacy policies different from ours. You are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of such Third-Party Services, including how these service providers use any of your information per their privacy policies. Third-Party Content and Third-Party Services are provided solely for your convenience. We do not verify or control Third-Party Content, nor do we control Third-Party Services. Accordingly, we do not endorse, guarantee, or recommend such content or services to any or all users, nor do we warrant the use of such content or services for any particular purpose. You access, rely on, or use any Third-Party Content or Third-Party Services at your own risk. Hi Hi AiPay bears no responsibility or obligation for any losses arising from your reliance or use of such content or services. We assume no responsibility for Third-Party Content that may be misleading, incomplete, erroneous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable to you or deemed objectionable under the laws of your jurisdiction. The choice to rely on Third-Party Content or use Third-Party Services is yours alone, and you are fully responsible for ensuring your reliance or use complies with all applicable laws. Transactions or communications with any third party providing such content or services are solely between you and that third party. We reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, disable, or impose access or usage restrictions on any Third-Party Service at any time without notice.
Staking Services: If you access or use staking services, a third party may stake certain digital assets on your behalf, acting as a transaction validator on the applicable blockchain network. If a block of transactions is successfully validated, the network grants rewards. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for your use of Staking Services and assume no liability related to such services.
Airdrops:By participating in an airdrop, participants explicitly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with it. Participants also agree and acknowledge:
A. You declare and warrant that all information provided during the airdrop process is true, accurate, and complete. You agree and acknowledge that Hi Hi AiPay reserves the right to require you to provide additional information and share such information with affiliated third-party service providers at Hi Hi AiPay's sole discretion. You agree and acknowledge that Hi Hi AiPay is not liable for any losses, costs, or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information, and you agree to bear full responsibility for any and all risks associated therewith.
B. You declare and warrant that applicable laws do not prohibit you from participating in the airdrop and receiving tokens. You must not use virtual private networks or similar tools to circumvent any geo-blocking and/or other restrictions we implement for the airdrop. Any such intentional circumvention or attempt to circumvent our controls may permanently disqualify you from participating in the airdrop, at our sole discretion.
C. You are solely responsible for and shall bear all taxes payable related to your participation in the airdrop; if necessary, you should consult a tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of airdrops in your jurisdiction.
D. Your eligibility to receive airdropped tokens or participate in an airdrop is determined at our sole discretion, or as specified in any airdrop announcement or written notice sent to you. Participants must follow the instructions specified in any airdrop announcement and/or other instructions provided by Hi Hi AiPay from time to time.
E. You participate in the airdrop at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for your participation in the airdrop and, where applicable, for all activities that occur during or through your participation.
Other services deemed necessary by the Company.
4. Common Issues Users Should Understand When Accepting the Above Services
Adhering to the decentralized nature of blockchain and to protect users' Digital Token security, the Company provides decentralized services, which are significantly different from banking financial institutions. Users understand that the Company (decentralized solution) does not provide the following services:
A. Storing the user's Wallet Password (i.e., the password set when creating/importing the wallet), Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, or Keystore;
B. Retrieving the user's Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, or Keystore;
C. Freezing the wallet;
D. Reporting the loss of a wallet;
E. Restoring the wallet;
F. Transaction rollback.
As the Company does not provide the above services, users should properly safeguard their mobile devices containing Hi Hi AiPay, back up Hi Hi AiPay, and back up the Wallet Password, Mnemonic Phrase, Private Key, and Keystore. If a user loses their mobile device, deletes Hi Hi AiPay without backup, deletes the wallet without backup, has their wallet stolen, or forgets the Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, or Keystore, the Company cannot restore the wallet or retrieve the Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, or Keystore. If a user makes an operational error during a transaction (e.g., entering an incorrect transfer address), the Company cannot cancel the transaction.
The Digital Token management services that the Company and Hi Hi AiPay can provide do not include all existing Digital Tokens. Please do not operate any Digital Tokens not supported by Hi Hi AiPay through Hi Hi AiPay.
Hi Hi AiPay is only a tool for users to manage Digital Tokens and is not an exchange or trading platform. Although this Agreement repeatedly mentions "transactions," it generally refers to transfer and receive operations conducted by users using Hi Hi AiPay, which is fundamentally different from "trading" conducted on exchanges or trading platforms.
DApps integrated into Hi Hi AiPay include those owned by the Company and those provided by third-party platforms. For DApps provided by third-party platforms, Hi Hi AiPay only provides a blockchain browser for users to access the DApp. Before accepting services or conducting transactions on third-party DApps, users should independently judge and assess whether the services or transactions provided by the third-party DApp involve risks.
5. Your Rights and Obligations
Create or Import Wallet
A. Create or Import Wallet: You have the right to create and/or import a wallet on your mobile device via Hi Hi AiPay, have the right to set wallet passwords and other information, and have the right to use your own wallet via the Hi Hi AiPay application to conduct transactions such as transfers and receipts on the blockchain.
B. The Company may develop different software versions for different terminal devices. You should choose and download the appropriate version for installation based on your actual needs. If you obtain the software or an installation program with the same name as the software from an unauthorized third party, the Company cannot guarantee the normal use or security of the software, and any losses incurred shall be borne by you.
C. After a new version of the software is released, older versions may become unusable. The Company does not guarantee the security, continued availability, or corresponding customer service for older versions. Please always check and download the latest version.
Use:
A. Users shall properly safeguard their mobile devices, Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, Keystore, and other information. The Company is not responsible for keeping the above information for users. All risks, responsibilities, losses, and expenses arising from your loss of the mobile device, active or passive disclosure, forgetting of the Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, Keystore, or suffering from attacks, fraud, etc., shall be borne by you.
B. Follow Information Prompts: You understand and agree to follow the information prompts provided by Hi Hi AiPay and operate according to the content of the information prompts. Otherwise, all resulting risks, responsibilities, losses, expenses, etc., shall be borne by you.
C. Understand Third-Party DApp Risks: You acknowledge and understand that Hi Hi AiPay has no obligation to conduct due diligence on linked third-party DApp services or transactions. You should make rational investment decisions and independently bear the corresponding investment risks.
D. Legal Compliance: You acknowledge that when operating on Hi Hi AiPay or using DApps on Hi Hi AiPay for transactions, you shall comply with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, and national policies.
E. Notices and Announcements: Hi Hi AiPay will send notifications to you via website announcements, message center information, pop-up prompts, or client notifications, for example, to inform you of transaction progress or prompt you to perform related operations. Please pay timely attention to these.
Service Fees and Tax Obligations:
A. Hi Hi AiPay currently does not charge you any form of service fee or handling fee. If certain services require fees in the future, rules will be separately agreed upon or published.
B. You shall pay miner fees when using Hi Hi AiPay for transfers, the amount of which you decide yourself. Miner fees are collected by the relevant blockchain system.
C. You acknowledge that under specific circumstances, if your transfer operation is not completed due to your unstable environment or network status, miner fees may still be charged by the relevant blockchain system.
D. All taxes and other costs arising from your transactions on Hi Hi AiPay shall be paid by you.
6. Risk Disclosure
You understand and acknowledge that due to the immature laws, regulations, and policies in the field of Digital Tokens, Digital Tokens in this field may carry significant risks such as failure to兑现 and technical instability. Furthermore, the price volatility of Digital Tokens is far greater than that of other financial assets. We cautiously remind you to rationally choose to hold or dispose of any Digital Token based on your financial situation and risk preference. The market view function provided by Hi Hi AiPay is merely search results capturing Digital Token exchange rate information from some exchanges and the blockchain, and does not represent the latest market conditions or best quotes.
When using Hi Hi AiPay services, if you or your counterparty fail to comply with this Agreement, or fail to follow the instructions, prompts, or rules on the website, transaction, or payment pages, Hi Hi AiPay does not guarantee the successful transfer of tokens, and Hi Hi AiPay assumes no responsibility for any consequences of such failure. If you or your counterparty have already received payment in an Hi Hi AiPay wallet or a third-party wallet, you understand that transactions on the blockchain are irreversible and irrevocable. You and your counterparty are responsible for your transactions and their consequences.
You understand the "irreversible" nature of blockchain operations and the "irrevocable" characteristic of related transactions, and you and your counterparty shall bear the corresponding risk consequences.
When you use third-party DApp services integrated into Hi Hi AiPay or conduct transactions, for your benefit, the Company recommends that you carefully read this Agreement and Hi Hi AiPay prompts, understand the transaction counterparty and product information, and carefully assess the risks before taking action. All your transaction activities on third-party DApps are your personal actions. A binding contractual relationship is established between you and your counterparty, and has nothing to do with Hi Hi AiPay. Hi Hi AiPay assumes no responsibility for any risks, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your transaction activities.
During transactions, you should independently judge whether the counterparty has full civil capacity and decide whether to transact with or transfer funds to them, etc., and you solely bear all risks associated therewith.
During the transfer process, if abnormal information prompts such as "transaction failure" or "packaging timeout" appear, you should reconfirm through the official channels of the relevant blockchain system or other blockchain query tools to avoid duplicate transfers; otherwise, all resulting losses and expenses shall be borne by you.
You understand that after you create or import a wallet on Hi Hi AiPay, your Keystore, Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, and other information are only stored on the current mobile device and are not stored on Hi Hi AiPay or the Company's servers. You can change mobile devices by means such as synchronizing the wallet as guided by Hi Hi AiPay. However, if you have not saved or backed up the Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, Keystore, and other information and your mobile device is lost, your Digital Tokens will be lost accordingly. The Company cannot retrieve them for you, and you shall bear the corresponding losses. If the information is compromised during the export, saving, or backup of the Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, Keystore, etc., or if the device or server storing or backing up the above information is hacked or controlled, your Digital Tokens will be lost accordingly. The Company cannot retrieve them for you, and you shall bear the corresponding losses.
We recommend that you securely back up your wallet's Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, and Keystore when creating or importing the wallet. We remind you not to use the following backup methods: screenshots, emails, notepads, text messages, WeChat, QQ, and other electronic backup methods. We recommend that you copy the Mnemonic Phrase and Keystore onto a paper notepad. You may also store the electronic data in a password manager.
We recommend that you use Hi Hi AiPay in a secure network environment and ensure your mobile device is not jailbroken or rooted to avoid potential security risks.
While using our services, be vigilant against fraudulent acts by non-official Hi Hi AiPay entities. Once you discover such behavior, we encourage you to inform us immediately.
7. Service Change, Interruption, Termination
You agree that the Company may temporarily provide partial service functions, or suspend partial service functions or activate new service functions in the future to ensure independent business operation rights. When any function is reduced, added, or changed, as long as you still use the services provided by the Company, it indicates that you still agree to this Agreement or the revised terms of this Agreement.
You understand that the Company will suspend providing services under the following circumstances:
A. Interruption of business due to technical reasons such as equipment, blockchain system maintenance, upgrades, failures, and communication interruptions;
B. Inability of the Company's system to provide services or the Company reasonably believes that continuing to provide services would pose significant risks due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, or terrorist attacks, or reasons such as viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, or government actions;
C. Occurrence of other circumstances beyond the Company's control or reasonable foresight.
D. You understand and agree that, as a decentralized application, Hi Hi AiPay cannot control, freeze, or terminate your access to the blockchain wallet or any transactions you conduct on the blockchain. If you engage in any of the following behaviors, you shall independently bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom and compensate for all losses caused to the Company or any third party. Simultaneously, for suspected illegal and criminal activities, we reserve the right to report to the competent authorities and cooperate with investigations:
1. Misappropriating others' wallet information or mobile devices;
2. Providing false information when filling in personal information;
3. You shall not use, or be suspected of using, the Hi Hi AiPay service for any illegal or criminal purposes.
4. Hindering the normal use by other users;
5. Falsely claiming to be an employee or manager of the Company;
6. Attacking, invading, altering, or threatening the normal operation of the Company's official website, servers, or computer systems in any other way;
7. Using the Hi Hi AiPay application interface or our official channels to promote spam advertisements;
8. Spreading rumors, damaging the reputation of the Company and Hi Hi AiPay;
9. Engaging in other behaviors that violate applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement.
When the service relationship between you and the Company changes, is interrupted, or terminated, you still have the right to export your wallet and other information within a reasonable time.
8. Your Commitment to Legally Use the Company's Services
You shall comply with the laws and regulations of the country or region where you reside, shall not use Hi Hi AiPay for any illegal purpose, nor use the Company's services in any illegal manner.
You shall not use Hi Hi AiPay to engage in illegal or criminal activities, including but not limited to:
A. Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, illegal fundraising, etc.;
B. Accessing the Company's services, collecting, or processing the content provided by the Company, interfering or attempting to interfere with any user or any other way of accessing the Company's services by using any automated programs, software, engines, web crawlers, web analysis tools, data mining tools, or similar tools;
C. Providing gambling information or enticing others to participate in gambling in any way;
D. Invading others' Hi Hi AiPay wallets to steal Digital Tokens;
E. Conducting transactions inconsistent with the transaction content declared by the counterparty, or conducting fake transactions;
F. Engaging in any actions that infringe or may infringe the Hi Hi AiPay service system or data;
G. Other illegal activities and behaviors that the Company has justifiable reason to deem inappropriate.
You understand and agree that if the Company suffers any losses, is claimed by any third party, or is penalized by any administrative department due to your violation of relevant laws (including but not limited to customs and tax regulations) or the provisions of this Agreement, you shall compensate the Company, including reasonable attorney fees.
You are not an excluded person eligible to use Hi Hi AiPay services.
You commit to duly settling any applicable service fees payable to the Company. Failure in such payment authorizes the Company to suspend or cease the service provision, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies.
9. Privacy Terms
The Company attaches great importance to the protection of user privacy. Please refer to the published and periodically updated "Hi Hi AiPay Privacy Policy" for the relevant privacy protection policy.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Company is only liable for the obligations explicitly listed in this Agreement.
You understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the Company can only provide Hi Hi AiPay services according to the existing technical level and conditions. The Company shall not be liable if Hi Hi AiPay cannot provide services normally due to the following reasons:
A. For maintenance or upgrade of the Hi Hi AiPay system；
B. Force majeure reasons such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, lightning, or terrorist attacks;
C. Malfunction of your mobile device's software/hardware, communication lines, or power supply lines;
D. Your improper operation or use of the Company's services in a manner not authorized or recognized by the Company;
E. Reasons such as viruses, Trojan horses, malicious program attacks, network congestion, system instability, system or device failure, communication failure, power failure, banks, or government actions;
F. Any other reasons not caused by the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for the following situations:
A. Loss of Digital Tokens due to the user losing the mobile device, deleting Hi Hi AiPay without backup, deleting the wallet without backup, wallet theft, or forgetting the Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, or Keystore.
B. Loss of Digital Tokens due to the user voluntarily disclosing the Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, or Keystore; lending, transferring, or authorizing others to use their mobile device or Hi Hi AiPay wallet; or downloading the Hi Hi AiPay application through unofficial channels of the Company or using the Hi Hi AiPay application in other insecure ways;
C. Loss of Digital Tokens due to user operational errors (including but not limited to entering the wrong transfer address, issues with the transfer node server you selected);
D. Loss of Digital Tokens due to user operational errors arising from misunderstanding the nature of blockchain technology;
E. Discrepancies in the transaction records copied by the Company from the blockchain due to time lags, blockchain system instability, etc.;
Loss of assets due to user personal reasons (including but not limited to loss of mobile phone number, email, leakage of verification codes, disclosure of personal private keys, user personal information being hacked) and force majeure factors are unrelated to the Company.
Risks and consequences arising from user operations on third-party DApps. You understand that Hi Hi AiPay is only a tool for you to manage Digital Tokens. The Company cannot control the quality, safety, or legality of products and services provided by third-party DApps, the authenticity or accuracy of information, or the counterparty's ability to fulfill its obligations under the agreement entered into with you. All your transaction activities on third-party DApps are your personal actions. A binding contractual relationship is established between you and your counterparty and has nothing to do with Hi Hi AiPay. The Company reminds you that you should determine the authenticity, legality, and validity of the DApp and related information logged into through your own prudent judgment. Risks arising from any transactions you conduct with any third party shall also be borne by you. The Company may provide services to both you and your counterparty simultaneously. You agree to explicitly waive any actual or potential conflict of interest that may exist for the Company in this regard, and shall not use this to claim that the Company has legal defects in providing services, nor shall this increase the Company's liability or duty of care.
11. The Company Does Not Provide the Following Warranties:
- That the Company's services will meet all your requirements;
- That any technology, products, services, or information obtained by you through the Company's services will meet your expectations;
- Timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Digital Token market transaction information, etc., captured by the Company from third-party exchanges;
- That the transacting parties on Hi Hi AiPay will timely perform their respective obligations under the transaction agreement reached with you.
In no event shall the Company's total liability for breach of this Agreement exceed the greater of A. 0.2 ETH; or B. 100 USDT.
You understand that Hi Hi AiPay is only a tool for users to manage Digital Tokens and display transaction information. The Company does not provide services such as legal, tax, or investment advice. You should seek advice from professionals in law, taxation, and investment on your own. The Company shall not be liable for investment losses, data losses, etc., suffered by you during your use of our services.
You understand that based on the requirements of relevant policies and regulations, we may change our user access standards from time to time and limit the scope and manner of services provided to specific groups.
12. Complete Agreement
This Agreement consists of the "Hi Hi AiPay Service Agreement," the "Hi Hi AiPay Privacy Policy," and various rules published by the Company from time to time.
If part of the content of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining content shall not be affected.
Any translated version of this Agreement is provided for the convenience of users only and is not intended to revise the terms of this Agreement. If there is a conflict between the Chinese version and a non-Chinese version of this Agreement, the Chinese version shall prevail.
13. Intellectual Property Protection
Hi Hi AiPay is an application developed and owned by the Company. The intellectual property rights of any content displayed in Hi Hi AiPay (including this Agreement, announcements, articles, videos, audio, images, files, information, materials, trademarks, or logos) belong to the Company or third-party right holders. Users may use the Hi Hi AiPay application and its content only for the purpose of holding and managing Digital Tokens. Without the prior written consent of the Company or the third-party right holder, no one may use, modify, reverse compile, copy, publicly disseminate, alter, distribute, issue, or publicly publish the aforementioned application and content.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The validity, interpretation, modification, execution, and dispute resolution of this Agreement and its revisions shall be governed by the relevant laws. If there are no relevant legal provisions, international commercial practices and/or industry practices shall apply.
If any dispute or controversy arises between you and the Company, both parties shall first seek resolution through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court in the Company's place of registration for jurisdiction.
15. Other
If you are a user outside the registration jurisdiction, you need to fully understand and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and rules of your judicial jurisdiction related to using the Company's services.

For matters not covered in this Agreement, you shall comply with the Company's periodically updated announcements and related rules.
